The Apparition of Lourdes depicted in colour

The image recalls the Apparitions of the Virgin Mary to Saint Bernadette Soubirous in 1858 at the Grotto of Massabielle. This depiction of the Apparition allows you to keep an image of Our Lady of Lourdes close at hand and serves as a visual aid to accompany Marian prayer.

The gold thread, combined with the wood and the colour illustration, adds an extra decorative touch to the frame whilst highlighting the religious scene.

A small religious frame for a prayer corner

Thanks to its compact size of 6 x 12 cm, this frame fits easily into a prayer space, on a piece of furniture or a shelf. It can be placed alongside a candle, a rosary or other religious objects dedicated to the Virgin Mary.

This frame also makes a lovely little religious souvenir from Lourdes to give to a loved one or to keep as a memento after a pilgrimage.
