Visa, MasterCard, Maestro... are accepted on our website. We also accept payments via PayPal.
Is my payment secure ?
Of course, your online payment is completely secure: you pay your order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue), to the payment server of our bank (Société Générale). Your banking information will then be encrypted in SSL mode and transmitted directly to the payment server without passing through our website. Consequently, your personal information will never be visible in clear text on the web.
In addition, we have implemented 3D Secure authentication, which allows us to verify your identity when you make online purchases by credit card in order to avoid fraudulent transactions.
Once you have filled in your credit card number, its expiry date and the cryptogram, you will be directed to your bank's application, which will also ask you for additional personal information to ensure that the buyer is the cardholder or you will receive an authentication code by SMS to be filled in on our payment page.
What is 3D-Secure?
All payments made when ordering on our site are protected by 3D-Secure. 3D-Secure is an interbank and secure internet payment protocol. It limits the risks of fraud linked to identity theft attempts. The 3D-Secure protocol consists of ensuring, during online payment, that the bank card is actually used by its real holder.
The authentication method differs from bank to bank, but it generally involves a one-time confirmation code sent to you by SMS by your bank or a confirmation notification received on your phone on your banking application.
My payment has been declined
If your payment has been declined, we invite you to try ordering again by following the payment steps linked to your bank:
1. By code: Confirmation code received from your phone to confirm the purchase. Please enter the confirmation code received on your phone when you paid for your order.
2. On the bank application: You have received a notification from your bank on your phone. In this case, please go to your bank application and follow the steps to confirm the purchase.
